Join us for a one-day conference dedicated to strengthening the equine rescue community across Tennessee and beyond. “Being Their Voice” brings together rescue professionals, nonprofit leaders, and equine advocates for a day of learning, collaboration, and inspiration.

*New or Emerging Rescues
*Individuals Exploring Starting a Rescue
*All Animal-Related Rescues Are Welcome!
Conference Highlights:
Morning Sessions:
Start-Up & New Rescue Track led by Nina Margetson covers mission building, funding, goals, and first five-year planning
Established Rescue Track led by Ashley Ford, Jim Tedford, and Bethany Schwarz dives into collaboration, strategic planning, and sustainable growth
Afternoon Sessions (All Rescues):
Volunteer & donor retention, grant and fundraising strategies, board development, and tackling tough topics like euthanasia and caregiver fatigue
