Thank you for considering adoption! The following equines are available for adoption applicants; though some may still be in the rehabilitation process. If you have found one that you would like more information on or are wanting to adopt please fill out our adoption form.
ADOPTION PENDING! Bubba is a little guy with a big personality! He is a 14 year-old miniature horse with beautiful markings. He was recently gelded and would be best suited in a gelding-only home. He was found running-at-large in a neighboring county. While living on his own for many years, he made friends with elk and became a part of their herd. Once he was rescued by Horse Haven, he has settled right back into the barn life. He does well on a lead line and will pick up all four feet! He has had previous experience with humans and understands basic groundwork. He will need an experienced adopter that can unlock his full potential!
ADOPTION PENDING! Cupid spent her early years as a brood mare. She is 20+ years old and is not broke to ride. She has excellent ground manners. She loads, stands for the farrier and leads without any problems. She's a sweet mare that is a great babysitter or companion to any herd!
Durango is a 17 year-old, Tennessee Walking Horse. She is a beautiful mare, with a kind and willing heart! She is an easy keeper and is willing to please. She has excellent ground manners and will need to be a companion horse. She stands for the farrier, leads, ties, and loads!
Georgie is a beautiful bay Saddlebred. She is 18 years old and is extremely sweet and easy to handle. She leads, ties, loads, and stands for the farrier. She has been ridden in her past and would be suitable for an occasional ride with a light rider.
ADOPTION PENDING!!! JD is a 17-year old, Tennessee Walking Horse/Thoroughbred cross. He is 15.3hh and is looking for an advanced rider that can continue his training. He is willing to please and is looking for his right home!
ADOPTION PENDING! Katie is a big, beautiful Belgian mare! She has the kindest soul and is willing to please. She is blind in both eyes, but what she lacks in sight she makes up for in kindness! She will need a home with an additional horse that can be her "seeing eye horse". She does well in a pasture and can find her way to the barn well. She can be ridden once you earn her trust. She also LOVES water! She leads, ties, and loads nicely!
Maria is a stunning Quarter Horse cross. She is 15 years old and will be a companion horse as she has some fetlock issues. She is sound for pasture and needs an advanced handler that can unlock her full potential. She is looking for someone to earn her trust and live the life of luxury!
